VitaPulse
Client: UBC & VitaPulseVitaPulse is a wearable-focused health tech platform aimed at detecting cardiac arrest / critical events in real time using smartwatch sensor streams (initially Samsung Wear OS devices). It’s designed as an end-to-end system: a watch app + companion mobile app + backend services that collect high-frequency time-series data (e.g., heart-related signals delivered in short packets), run real-time prediction algorithms, and trigger an alerting workflow when risk is detected.
